Join Jessica Adams and Kate Fox for a Scaravelli-inspired yoga workshop where you will rediscover a free form of movement through your body and spine, helping to restore your body's natural vitality.
Our spine, particularly the lumbar area suffers greatly from tension caused by standing or sitting imbalances, which subsequently limit our natural ease of movement. The spine is central to our movement, function and sensations throughout the body, and supports our overall health and wellbeing.
Movement looks better and feels better, when we have a well balanced alignment. We will aim to rebalance the body by exploring how to change our habits and patterns, undo muscular tension, reinstate space and draw strength from the ground, helping us move effortlessly towards posture.
