One-to-ones &
small GRoup Tuition

Jessica offers one-to-one and small group tuition is ideal for those who would like to enjoy yoga outside a public class.

These sessions are great for beginners that would like to build a strong foundation for their yoga practice, as well as returners and experienced practitioners who would like to build on and refine their current understanding of postures and movement. They are also suitable for injury rehabilitation.

Private tuition is wonderful for pregnant women who would like one-to-one attention with any aspect of pregnancy yoga and birth preparation, as well postnatal mums who would like specific focus on their recovery, healing and strengthening their postnatal body at their own pace.

Cost: £45 per hour.
